- I am a Chef, I've been in the foodservice field for 15 years. I graduated from Culinary school in 2003 and did my internship at the University Club in Jackson, MS which was part of Club Corp who had private clubs and Golf Courses all over. I have worked in some of the top restaurants in MS including the Governer's Mansion... Imooved to Newnan, Ga in 2006 and have worked for Kroger for 15 month and have my have chef will travel called S&M Catering.
